This is hardly mainstream science. People still try to discredit relativity and one approach is to question the Michelson and Morley experiments by invoking solar phenomena. One should note the "Newtonian Mechanics", in Prof. Hector Munera's title, could be followed by "as opposed to relativistic mechanics". Relativity is here to stay for the foreseeable future.
