NASA website’s Solar Eclipse calculator shows that the latitude 4º 10′ North and longitude 73º 31’ East, with an altitude of 2 metres above sea level, which is the viewing location for Male’, would start the eclipse view from 10:15:24 hours and last till 14:23:16 hours.

The Annular part of the eclipse is to start at 12:20:23 hours and to end at 12:31:08 hours. This is a total Annular eclipse of 10 minutes and 44 seconds as per this calculator. This is the longest viewable time of an Annular eclipse for the whole world till the year 3043.
